i hear "i'll carry my crate out of heaven"
because right before this he admits of "making a mistake" and "carrying a weight"
so, i think the weight he carries, of making a mistake (of dissing heaven?) makes him not worthy of being allowed in heaven so he doesn't belong in heaven when he dies (laying in a crate).
just a theory though

Almost positive it's crate. You can hear the "t" if you listen closely.
I interpreted it as, when you get fired/leave a job, you put all your stuff in a box and walk out. He's leaving heaven and taking all his stuff.

Crap I keep fo retting to preorder the cosmic drama reissue. At least I have three of the original vinyls still packed and everything. Time to go find out if the rare vinyl is sold out  I usually pick up one of each color when they do this but I might have missed one of these . I'm afraid to look lol |

thanks for the share! i read in an interview that he took out an entire verse of bring us the head in the final cut. i wonder if the cut you gave has that verse.

"Fresh Prints" is a dream live song for me as well but I'm assuming that it would be hella hard for Brian to play all those gnarly guitar parts while singing it. Still holding out hope though!
And hot damn that devil shirt is rather awesome.
