went to see 9 last night. 9 the tim burton animation, not nine the daniel day lewis film. it looked good but that was about it. forgettable.

i just watched speedracer (cos it was on when i woke up from a nap) and i remembered that andrew from the SA boards (some of you may remember him too) worked on some of the special effects in the movie. i thought it was cool that he did that at the time.. but seeing this movie actually makes me realize how crazy that must have been. the movie is FULL of effects... like its all there is. its crazy. it was a little weird, but i liked it!

Alfred Hitchcock's "Rope" is really fascinating and thought-provoking, as most Hitchcock films are. I have mega huge crushes on 1940's Jimmy Stewart and Farley Granger now. We're watching The Man Who Knew Too Much next.  |
