I think that like 90% of Weatherbox songs are in that tuning or a variation of that tuning.

I just kinda assumed the whole album was in the so-called "weathertuning." haha. DADF#AE or whatever.

Oh oh oh I see what you're saying now. Yeah, I always thought that the G string was dropped down a half step on every song as well, but there are several Box songs where the G remains at normal pitch.
Your "A Flock of Weatherboxes" tab is just as good as your "Armed to the Teeth" tab! Once I again, I learned the whole song very quickly and I'm rocking out as we speak. Great job.

dudessss, im pretty sure brian is always in weatherbox tuning aside from a few songs (the drugs, mountain etc) and that whoever is lead guitar in weatherbox at the time usualllly stays in standard and rarely goes to box tuning.

Maybe live, but I promise that for (at least) Armed to the Teeth, A Flock of Weatherboxes, Atoms Smash, and probably The Clearing both guitars are in DADGAD. The pull-offs they do in the songs are what gives it away. Hope that didn't come out dickish, haha.

Thanks a ton man, I'm doing my best. The Clearing's probably gonna be up next.

Awesome! I've never been able to figure out the correct chord shapes for that song.

I've been working on both of those actually. Atoms Smash has two parts that I'm having a lot of trouble with though.

I have some of it down, but the "I'm lifted by my thrashing strings" part has soooooo much going on. It's very hard to follow along with what each guitar is playing. Definitely keep me posted on both songs, man.

The two parts I'm having a real problem with are "Stop this must be hell..." and the soft "Atoms smash, seeds hit ground..." part. :\ I'll get them though!

Starting a tab for Ask My Flashlight now. To hold you over, in case any of you don't know this already, here are the chords in Ahoma Coma:
Weathertuning (DADF#AE)
|-------| |-------| |7--3--| |0--0--| |x--x--| |7--4--|
Pretty sure it's just those two the whole song.

I always thought that "Flashlight" would be more of a complicated song to play, but your tab was clear and concise as always and I was jamming along in no time! Great job!

Honestly, I thought the same thing. It's so well layered, too. Once I started picking it apart, I was hearing stuff I'd never realized was there.
