I have been trying to order 'The Cosmic Drama' blue vinyl from Doghouse for a couple of weeks, but it was unavailable since they were moving and said it would be sold through MerchNow in a couple of days. Well, it was much longer than that, but today now I see that MerchNow finally has it. On the Doghouse Records artist page for Weatherbox it says "The blue vinyl edition is limited to 250 copies and comes with a CD-R of the entire album, along with an exclusive bonus track and an 11" x 17" poster."
I called MerchNow because I saw some people did not get the CD-R with the LP. They said they got thirty copies of the blue vinyl and after a lot of persuasion on my part, they opened one and said there was no CD-R OR poster inside. I REALLY want the CD-R (or a copy if need be). Does anyone know if all the blue vinyls really are supposed to have the CD-R and poster? (I've emailed the label several times, but can't get a response).

this is fucking retarded. i still haven't gotten my order even though i ordered it the day it became available. i went to my post office to see if they had it and they didn't. i've emailed doghouse several times now to inquire about it or maybe get tracking info but they never respond. mine better come with the cd-r or i'm gonna be fucking pissed.

I've sent several emails the past few days, but haven't heard a word from Doghouse. Here's the latest one:
"Hello,
I really want the blue vinyl version of Weatherbox’s “The Cosmic Drama” with the CD-R and 11”x17” poster. It seems that some people who ordered it only got the vinyl without the bonuses. I called MerchNow to order it and had them check to make sure that the poster and CD-R were included in the 30 copies of the blue vinyl that they just received. It was not included in the one that they opened. Your website says that the blue vinyl is limited to 250 copies and includes the items mentioned above. Can I still get the package or is it sold out? Or, is it a mistake that those items are not included with the copies that MerchNow received? I know at least a couple of people who pre-ordered the vinyl and did not receive the extras emailed you and were told that you would send those to them. Please help me out with this. I do not want to buy the digital version unless I absolutely have to and definitely don’t want to buy it only to find out that I can get the vinyl with the extras. I am getting impatient and need my fix of new Weatherbox.

Thank you," I asked to be notified when it was received and when it was opened. They got it, but still haven't even looked at it.
MerchNow said they would try to contact them as well to see if they could find out why the vinyl shipment they received was missing the bonus material. We need someone from the band to get involved and try to take care of their fanbase.

I don't think they are getting upset with Brian... just with the whole situation and how unorganized/misplaced/wrong everything is. I feel like I was the only one that got everything. :/
